Michelle Bloom-Lugo is the Director of CPL Programs and also works closely with the Rubenstein fellowship as the interim program manager. She brings more than two decades of experience in program management, career counseling and executive search to her roles. She is obsessed with helping students connect their passions to their professional endeavors.

Prior to joining the Harvard Kennedy School, her career included Leadership roles in Higher Education where she coached business students from undergraduate to Executive MBAs at the University of Florida.

Michelle is also passionate about giving back to the community and has been active in both community and professional associations. She is a former board president for Peaceful Paths, which provides support to families who are victims of domestic abuse.

She is also a Volunteer Coordinator for the annual Leadership Expo sponsored by the Gainesville Black Professionals and also the former undergraduate advisor for the UF chapter of ALPFA.
