As the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Thelma leads the implementation of JPMorgan Chase’s differentiated approach to DEI and its’ integration into how they do business. In her long tenured career at the firm (25+ yrs), she's seen a continued, and growing, commitment to both diversity and racial equity. She's proud to now lead a global team working to embed sustainable strategies and management accountability.
In her role as Vice Chair for JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking (CB), she continues to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues, building key client relationships coast to coast, developing talent and promoting women’s initiatives. She is dedicated to providing access, connections and opportunities to business owners from historically underserved and overlooked communities
She's a member of JP Morgan’s Corporate Investment Bank Operating Committee (CIBOC), Consumer & Community Bank Operating Committee (CCBOC), and Human Resources Operating Committee (HROC).
