CID PhD Affiliate, Concentrations in Health Systems & Organizational Behavior
Zili Huang is a PhD student in the Population Health Sciences Program, Health Systems Track. Her research focuses on healthcare management and organizational behavior, with the goal of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of health systems through an organizational perspective. She is particularly interested in how healthcare organizations adapt to policy changes, financial incentives, and market dynamics, as well as how these factors influence provider behavior and health outcomes. Zili holds a Bachelor of Management Sciences in public administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and a Master of Science in global health and population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
