Berta Casanova Ferrer is a program assistant through a co-op at Northeastern University, where she is currently in her third year studying international affairs and criminal justice. Originally from Barcelona, Berta is fluent in Catalan and Spanish. Prior to her role as program assistant, she has been actively involved in her education focused on humanitarian international development, specifically through academic research in Africa.
She is passionate about finding her place within sustainable development, cross-cultural collaboration, and social justice.
