The Executive Leaders and Government program at Harvard Kennedy School provides a unique opportunity for senior executives from around the world - across government, business, and nonprofit sectors - to strengthen their leadership capabilities and gain strategic insights.

This comprehensive two-week on-campus program, led by renowned faculty and industry practitioners across public policy, law, business, education, and technology focuses on the practical leadership tools and cross-sector strategies required to thrive in complex, collaborative environments.

Whether you're navigating national policy, corporate governance, or social impact initiatives, this program is designed to enhance your capacity to lead through disruption, build lasting coalitions, and drive results on a global scale. Through a dynamic blend of faculty lectures, case studies, simulations, and peer-led workshops, participants will explore:

Program Curriculum

The curriculum draws on the strength of Harvard Kennedy School’s pioneering research and cross-disciplinary faculty, integrating perspectives from public policy, economics, technology, law, leadership, organizational behavior, and beyond.
