As a senior fellow with the Middle East Initiative at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, and founder of the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. Dr. Salih brings a wealth of firsthand experience on development issues. Dive into his unique insights and hear fascinating stories about his interactions with international aid agencies and the donor community.
